SAIL COLLECTION SYSTEM

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to a sail collection system used in sailboats, which makes it easy to collect sails and at the same time facilitates the opening of the main sail.

In particular, the invention relates to a sail collection system for sailboats, comprising a main sail, boom, battens, sail collection area, movable inner structure and movable structure connection for easy sailing.

PRIOR ART

The sailing vessels, which are marine vessels, are movable vehicles that take advantage of the wind propulsion. Sailing vehicles are light and fast structures that can enter shallow waters. Internal volumes and usage areas are quite wide. For this reason, sailing vehicles are often preferred in travel and sightseeing tours. One of the most important criteria for sailing vessels is main sail flaking and collection systems. In the current technique, all Main sail flaking systems are rope-assisted systems.

Particularly in inclement, windy weather conditions, the auxiliary ropes of the flaking system in sailing vessels equipped with latching equipment used in the prior art are obstacles. This situation causes difficulties in sail flaking and opening main sail operations. The obstacles also limit the direction and maneuverability of the sailing vessels. In time, inclement, windy weather conditions cause the main sail to wear and tear, damaging the underwire.

In the existing systems, it is necessary to turn to the wind direction and speed stabilization for main sail flaking. In the absence of rotation and speed stabilization in the direction of the wind, the main sail may not be collected or opened. Again, this situation causes the ropes to wear over time or to create obstacles in the string.

In existing systems, the process of flaking the main sail with the help of ropes is applied. This prevents the sail from gathering regularly in windy wheather conditions and causes damage to the sail during the flaking. Difficult in flaking of the main sail during inclement windy weather conditions.

The main sail flaking ropes in existing systems are in contact with the main sail. These ropes move with main sail, when the main sail is opening or flaking. This leads to abrasion and breakage of the ropes.

During the flaking of the main sails used in the existing systems, the fabric and seams of the sails are damaged due to friction, and the underwire is damaged. This causes damage to the main sail.

As a result, in order to solve the problems mentioned in the present technique, the technique used in sailing and the need for this technique and the insufficiency of the existing solutions made it necessary to make an improvement in the related technical field.

PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a sail collection system for sailing vessels, which makes it easy to sail. It eliminates main sail flaking difficulties and rope barriers. It facilitates the opening of the main sail.

The purpose of the invention is to collect the main sail in the sail collection areas on the boom without sail flaking , the main mast or other place without rope assistance. In this way, even in inclement windy weather conditions, there are no problems such as ropes, obstacles, strain and damage in sailing vessels.

Another purpose of the invention is to provide fast and safe sailing collection with the modification of the sail collection system and thus to facilitate the navigation of the sailing vessel. This ensures a safe cruise.

Another purpose of the invention is to reduce the number of ropes used in sailing, to prevent damage to ropes during collection and to prevent damage to the main sail.

Another purpose of the invention is to facilitate the navigation of the sailing vessel by eliminating the obligation of the sailing vessel to return to the wind direction during sailing.

Another purpose of the invention is to quickly and reliably collect the sail into the sail collection areas on the boom, thereby protecting the sail from wear and protection from ultraviolet rays.

The present invention will become a preferred product in the art with its present and simple structure. Thus, a commercial success will be achieved.

The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following figures and the detailed description made with reference to these figures. Therefore, the evaluation should be made by taking these figures and detailed explanation into consideration.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The subject of the invention is a sailing vessel; the main sail (10), boom (20), batten (30), sail collection area (31), movable inner structure (40), movable structure connection (41). The components of the sailing vessel are shown in detail in Figure-1, Figure-2 and Figure-3.

The sail collection areas (31), which can be adjusted on both sides of the boom (20), with their widths and position angles, are adjusted according to the position of the main sail (10). The boom (20) is then adjusted to the position of the main sail (10). By setting the boom (20), the wind is discharged from the main sail (10). When the main sail (10) is unloaded, it is collected in the expanded sail collecting areas (31) on either side of the boom (20).

When adjusting the sail collection area (31), it is first expanded to form an angle with the main post. The movable inner structures (40), both in the sail collection area (31), have adjustable movable structure connection (41) While the angle of the movable structure connection (41) is enlarged, the sail collection areas (31) are enlarged, and the sail collection areas (31) can be narrowed by reducing the angle.

With the two sail collection areas (31) extended and adjusted according to the size of the main sail (10), the main sail (10) can be collected without the use of rope. The main sail (10) naturally empties into the sail collection areas (31) on the boom (20) and the sail collection area (31) embraces the main sail (10). The main sail (10), which is stacked on the boom (20) and the adjustable sail collection areas (31), can be safely and quickly assembled onto the boom (20) from the right and left, starting from its widest position and narrowing sail collection areas (31). When the opened movable inner structures (40) are closed, the sail collection areas (31) become narrower. The main sail (10) collected by the narrowing sail collection areas (31) is reduced on the boom (20) and the surplus sail collection area (31) is covered on the boom (20) where the main sail (10) is collected.

The sail collection areas (31) are sewn according to the size of the boom (20) and the volume of the main sail (10). In both sail collection areas (31) there are movable inner structures (40) which can be adjusted back and forth, up and down. The movable inner structures (40) are mounted in sail collection areas (31). The growth and contraction of the sail collection areas (31) varies with the volume of the main sail (10).

In summary; It is a sailing collection system for sailing vessels and there are sail collection areas (31) whose position and width can be changed to perform sailing collection. In the production of sail collection areas (31); determination of the length of the boom (20) and the type of the main sail (10) of the volume of the main sail (10), subtraction of the sail collection area (31) dimensions relative to the main sail (10), the size of the movable inner structure (40) after the determination of the width of the sail collection area (31). The steps of determining the sail collection area (31) by producing pockets of the sail collection area (31) and assembling the pockets of the sail collection area (31) are followed.

The movable inner structure (40) used to adjust the sail collection areas (31) used in the sail collection system allows the angled movement of the sail collection areas (31) to be adjusted according to the volume of the main sail (10) on the movable inner structure (40). movable structure connection (41). The sail collection areas (31) used in the sail collection system are located on both sides of the boom (20).
